What Drives Us
Striving For Change
Rose Lock Property Ltd was born from personal experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities when trying to find suitable, accessible housing.
As close family members of people living with disabilities, we’ve seen firsthand how unsuitable and poorly adapted homes can limit independence, diminish dignity, and negatively affect both physical and mental wellbeing.
Venturing Into Property
Our longstanding interest in property, became a vehicle for change. We chose to take action—not just by renovating buildings, but by investing in ourselves. Through education and mentorship, we joined the Touchstone community, where we continue to grow and refine our purpose with pride.
As our journey has progressed, we’ve come to fully grasp the scale of the housing crisis in the UK, and particularly the shortage of accessible, specialist-supported homes. Our long-term goal is to be part of the solution: transforming neglected properties into high-quality, functional spaces that empower vulnerable individuals and restore their independence.
We are also committed to breathing new life into empty and neglected properties, transforming them into safe, welcoming homes again which provide comfort and opportunity for all.
